Thank you, Rebecca. We're so glad to hear Alayna made the experience smooth for both you and your client. Clear communication and simplicity can make all the difference, and we're happy she delivered just that.Working with Alayna was one of the best decisions we made when purchasing our home. As first time homebuyers, Alayna made what could have been an extremely confusing situation simple and straightforward. Alayna truly made us feel comfortable which encouraged us to ask questions throughout the entire process. I mean it, no question seemed too silly to ask because Alayna was was always on top of it and willing to clarify whatever we had questions about. Alayna is everything homebuyers want (and need) in a loan officer -knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, punctual and quick with responses, helpful, friendly, and honest. I am convinced that our home-buying process would not have gone as smoothly as it did without Alayna's knowledge. She was a true asset to our team -without whom, we would not have been as successful. We will recommend Alayna's services to anyone who is in the market to purchase a home. No question about it!
